Devin Dress Set || Light Blue

The Devin Dress Set is a NEED! It's a fitted spaghetti strap dress that comes with a shirt over the top of it. You can pair the dress with a different tee or wear it just as a dress. You can also pair the top with whatever else you want! It is non-sheer and stretchy. It also has a slit up the side of the skirt. I am 5'9" and wearing a size small. The fabric content is 95% cotton and 5% spandex. The dress straps are adjustable, so the sleeves are not included in the length measurement.
