Susie Dress || Lilac

The Susie Dress has flutter sleeves and functional buttons all the way down the front. The back of the waist is smocked, so it's very stretchy! I am 5'9" and wearing a size small. The fabric content is 100% rayon and the lining is 100% polyester.
