Return Policy

Once orders are placed, they cannot be changed or canceled. Please make sure your order and address are correct before it is placed. 

RETURN POLICY

I totally understand that sometimes it is scary buying things online & sometimes, they come not quite the size, color, or shape you had hoped. Because of this, I offer returns for in store credit. Please read all of these instructions to make sure that your returns will be accepted!

To initiate a return, you must first email me at alicelovesclothes@gmail.com with a photo of the item that you are wanting to return, showing the tag is still attached.

RETURNS FOR PICKUP ITEMS:

You have one week from the day that your order was placed in the bin (that is the same as the day you receive your email that it is ready to be picked up) to get that item back in the bin. There are absolutely not exceptions to this, so make it a priority to pick up your items quickly. You CANNOT bring the item back to the bin until you have not only emailed me with a photo of your item, but you also have received an email back from me giving the okay to bring the item back. Any items that are brought back to the bin without an email to me or without an email back from me will not be accepted. They will be left in the bin. If the tags have been removed from the item, you cannot return it, even if you are within the one week window of a return. If an item is returned, and it is damaged, it will be placed back in the bin for you, and you will not be receiving any sort of store credit for the return. Once an item is returned (the email is sent with a photo, you have received an email back from me, and you bring it back within one week), you will receive an email with your store credit, which will be the price you paid for the item (not including tax), minus a $2 restocking fee for each item returned. This covers processing fees and the time it takes me to restock the item.

RETURNS FOR SHIPPED ITEMS:

You have one week from the day that your order was delivered to the address that you shipped it to to get it back in the mail shipped back to me, and the tracking number is emailed to me. There are absolutely not exceptions to this. You CANNOT mail the item(s) back until you have not only emailed me with a photo of your item(s), but you also have received an email back from me giving the okay to bring the item back. Any items that are mailed back to me without an email, or without an email back from me, will not be accepted. You will have the option to either forfeit your order or pay to have it shipped back to you again. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs back to me, as well. If you live close and would rather drop your items off to the bin, please refer to the returns for pickup items information. If the tags have been removed from the item, you cannot return it, even if you are within the one week window of a return. If an item is returned, and it is damaged, you will not receive any store credit. You can either forfeit what you paid or pay to have it shipped back to you. Once an item is returned (the email is sent with a photo, you have received an email back from me, and you mail it back within one week), you will receive an email with your store credit, which will be the price you paid for the item (not including tax), minus a $2 restocking fee for each item returned. This covers processing fees and the time it takes me to restock the item. Shipping costs will also not be refunded. If an item gets damaged by the USPS, please take that up with them. If you enter your address incorrectly or enter an address that is undeliverable, and it comes back to me, you will be contacted, and in order for your item to be shipped again, you will need to cover shipping costs again. If you choose to not pay shipping costs again, then you will be sent store credit for the amount you paid for the items, minus the cost of shipping, which is oftentimes more than the $5 shipping. Refunds will not be given.

RETURNS FOR DAMAGED ITEMS:

Please email me with the photo showing that the tags are still attached and the damage. I will send you a mailing label to send it back to me, and just like the other returns, this must be back in the mail to me within one week of it being delivered to you or one week from it being placed in the bin. If the tags are removed or the item is not returned within the one week window, you will not be able to return it. If I receive the item back, and it is not damaged, you will not receive credit for it. You can either forfeit what you paid, or pay to have it shipped back to you.
