WHY DO YOU DONATE TO THE EQUAL JUSTICE INITIATIVE?

CAN I RETURN ITEMS I PURCHASED ON SALE?

All items purchased on sale cannot be returned. They are final sale. 

DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL STORE?

We do not! We are currently only online, but we do host pop-ups in Orem!

DO YOU HAVE A SIZING GUIDE?

Each item on the website is measured individually, so each item has its own sizing chart in the description. All items fit differently, so it's up to you to check the measurements to see what size would work best for you!

I CHOSE LOCAL PICKUP AT CHECKOUT, BUT I NEED MY ITEM SHIPPED. HOW CAN I GET IT SHIPPED?

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

I do not offer exchanges, only returns. If you are wanting to exchange something, you will need to return it and use the store credit from the return to purchase the new size you need, but there is no guarantee that the size you need will still be in stock. 

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. We try to ship everything out within 24 business hours.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled. 

CAN I GET A REFUND FOR RETURNED ITEM?

We do not refund for returns. We only offer store credit for returns.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED?

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Please contact your local USPS or UPS, depending on which one your package was shipped with, to deal with any issues with your package.

ITEMS SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS?

We ship everything to the address used to purchase it. If you entered it wrong, you are more than welcome to try and email us, but we cannot guarantee it will be changed before your item goes out. Please make sure that you enter the correct address when you are placing your order.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Most items are shipped out within 1-2 business days, unless stated in the announcement at the top of the website home page. From there, it will usually take 1-4 business days to get to you, depending on how far from Utah that you live.

WHAT IS SEZZLE?

Sezzle allows you to buy your item now and then pay for it over time. You can only use Sezzle on orders of $50 or more. 

HOW DO POP-UPS WORK?

We host pop-ups once a month in Orem, Utah. Due to coronavirus, we are not currently holding them, but we will get back to hosting them when we can. Please watch the Instagram for the announcement. When we host a pop-up, any customers can come shop the items in person and try them on.

WHERE IS LOCAL PICKUP?

Local pickup is in Orem, Utah. You will receive an email with directions once your order is placed. It usually takes up to 24 hours for your order to be ready.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes!

FOR PACKAGES THAT CANNOT BE DELIVERED:

If you enter an address that cannot be delivered to and the package gets returned to me, you will be responsible for paying for shipping again. In the case that you do not pay for shipping back to you, your order will be treated like a return.
