Items cannot be returned if they have been worn or if the tags have been removed. There is a $2 restocking fee for each item returned.
If an item is returned damaged or showing signs of wear, no store credit will be given.
All returns are issued in store credit.
1. Email me at email@example.com with a photo of the item(s) you would like to return. Please show that the tag is still attached.
2. Please wait for an email back from me before shipping it, as any items shipped back before an email will not be accepted. It must be shipped back within one week of it being delivered to you. No exceptions will be made.
3. Once you have it shipped back to me, please email me your tracking number so that I can track it and also verify it was shipped within the one week deadline.
4. Once an item is returned, you will receive an email with your store credit, which will be the price you paid for the item (not including tax), minus a $2 restocking fee for each item returned. This covers processing fees and the time it takes me to restock the item. Shipping costs will also not be refunded.
RETURNS FOR DAMAGED ITEMS:
Please email me with the photo showing that the tags are still attached and the damage. I will send you a mailing label to send it back to me, and just like the other returns, this must be back in the mail to me within one week of it being delivered to you or one week from it being placed in the bin. If the tags are removed or the item is not returned within the one week window, you will not be able to return it. If I receive the item back, and it is not damaged, you will not receive credit for it. You can either forfeit what you paid, or pay to have it shipped back to you.
